August 2025 Update: Shipping to the United States has been suspended.
Shipping is included with all orders to the United States, Canada. Shipping to other countries is a flat rate of CA$10 with no minimums and no restrictions. Depending on the order size, value, weight and location, Canadian orders are typically shipped via untracked Canada Post Lettermail™ or tracked Expedited Parcel. Orders to the USA are shipped via Canada Post/USPS Lettermail or Tracked Packet. Shipping to all other countries is either untracked stamped envelope or tracked Packet.
Please allow 2 business days for handling and up to 10 business days for your order to arrive.
We ship almost every day, except for weekends and Holidays.
All orders ship from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. For our American customers, please note that you may be charged import fees for all orders due to tariffs between the United States and Canada.
Due to sanctions imposed by Canada under the UNA and the SEMA, we do not ship to the following countries. Your order will be cancelled.
